I worked as one of four MediaStorm producers, in collaboration with the world-class journalists at the Rocky Mountain News, to produce a 20-minute documentary on Sen. Barack Obama’s historic nomination at the Democratic National Convention in Denver.

Incorporating the work of the Rocky Mountain News’ excellent photographers and videographers, as well as producer-generated man-on-the-street interviews, and commentary from the paper’s editorial staff, columnists and reporters, the piece aims to provide some analysis and historic context about what the events surrounding the convention mean for Denver, and for the country as a whole.

Produced on a lightning-fast deadline, the project launched just 36-hours after Sen. Obama’s acceptance speech.
